"The kitchen uses heirloom produce and handles it with the care befitting an exquisite inheritance"
"My favorite dish was the Italian-inspired, meltingly tender sauteed chicken livers paired with rich and slightly tart lemon-ricotta ravioli and offering mere suggestions of garlic, basil, and creme fraiche."

Bistro La Belle ~ 121 Main Street ~ Celebrating their 10th year
of creative cuisine in Midway
Bistro La Belle means “beautiful restaurant” but what’s really beautiful about this upscale bistro is the food. Join us for happy hour in the Gallery Bar from 4 to 6pm. Chef DeWayne Hoskins prepares dinner from 5:30 until 9pm.
"The salad included Romaine and baby spinach, and the croutons were fresh and garlicky. Try it; you'll know what this salad is supposed to be.
But even that very satisfying salad was trumped by the mushrooms. Local, fresh, very flavorful and cooked perfectly, these were great. It was a special, but I notice that Sheltowee mushrooms seem to turn up regularly on the menu. Don't miss them."
